• Apparel can be exchanged for size variations within 7 days of delivery provided tags are intact and unworn.
• Due to hygiene regulations, open bottles of attar and unsealed food items cannot be returned unless damaged during transit.
• Refunds for eligible returns are processed to the original payment method or bank account within 3–5 working days of inspection.
